Drone Course Online

Drones are becoming more and more popular as the technology used to build them gets smaller, more durable, and more widely available. Drones become more affordable every year, and many private businesses have begun using them in various ways. Opportunities for drone pilots are therefore becoming more widespread, but as any pilot is aware, there is risk involved. The solution is education, training, and certification.

SunEx Aviation offers 2-day drone seminars for $795 at the José Aponte De La Torre airport in Ceiba, Puerto Rico, and at the Albuquerque Sunport in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Online seminars are also available. Included in the seminar are all training materials, instruction, practice exams, and UAS Drone Pilot License registration.

In August 2017, SunEx created a drone training course and began training drone pilots at the Albuquerque, New Mexico Airport. SunEx trained several real-estate companies, New Mexico law enforcement agencies, New Mexico Facebook employees, and employees of various other businesses. In 2019, the company Expanded to the Aeropuerto José Aponte De La Torre in Puerto Rico to continue providing this extremely successful flight training in the Caribbean.

The FAA has strict guidelines for remote pilots. Therefore, our trainers are all FAA-certified professionals, and our program prepares each pilot candidate to not only pass the FAA exam but to also fully understand their responsibilities, expectations, and liabilities when operating within the national airspace system.
